Orders & Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

• Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.

• When your order is dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email indicating acceptance of your order.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, confirmation will be required via email or mobile before processing.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• We dispatch most orders within 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Products within the same order may be shipped separately depending on availability and packaging requirements.

• All products are thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.

Shipping & Delivery

• Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package to the address provided. If they are unable to reach you or deliver at a suitable time, they will contact you directly to resolve the issue.

• Estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days from the date of order confirmation (may vary based on location and courier partner).

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders ₹499 and above.

• A flat ₹80 shipping charge applies to orders below ₹499.

International Shipping

• We currently do not ship outside India.
